In the full screen mode the working field of the program with the active drawing is expanded to fit the screen. The toolbars and floating panels are hidden. The mode is intended to view images and doesn't allow to select entities and edit them. You cam switch the mode on at any stage of work including the moment of creating an entity. In this case drawing will cease.
