Context menu: 
The Diagonal offset tool allows specifying a point to create an entity at a specified distance in X-, Y-direction. The tool is available for all entities.
1.Select a drawing tool to create a new entity.
2.Place the cursor in the drawing working area.
3.In the context menu, click Diagonal offset.
4.Set the first offset point (Point1) and move the cursor aside.
In the dynamic input, you will see two fields:
Distance X - sets the distance in X-direction;
Distance Y - sets the distance in Y-direction.
Offset coordinates of the end point (Point2) are calculated on the basis of the entered values.
5.Set the end point.
