Property Value

true if the start and end points are specified by the angle formed by two radiuses of the external circumference; false if the start and end points are specified by the angle formed by two radiuses of the internal circumference.
Remarks
Each ellipse is specified by two circumferences: internal and external. The internal circumference is incorporated by the ellipse and its diameter coincides with the ellipse's minor axis. The external circumference incorporates the ellipse and its diameter coincides with the ellipse's major axis.
